what’s the resort like? 

The Breezes Bali has a pleasing modern exterior, instantly piquing your curiosity as to what’s on the inside. What you’ll find will certainly enhance your holiday mood. With five complexes and still counting  – another one is being built soon – the resort has an expansive inner area, housing a total of 130 rooms. With a large outdoor swimming pool, complete with a busy pool bar, recreational facilities and prime sun-lounging spots, this is one establishment you won’t want to miss.

what are the suites like?

From what we’ve seen the gems of the Breezes Bali are the junior suites. Well-maintained to the most exquisite degree, with cosy king-sized beds and Balines-styled interiors, you have a genuine home-away0-from-home. We especially liked the fragrant flowers adorning all the en-suite bathrooms and toilets. In fact a delighful hint of Balinese natural fragrance throughout the rooms makes waking up each sunny morning a gorgeous experience. It puts you in the perfect mood for their Royal Breakfast, a lavish buffet served directly on your patio.

what about the facilities? 

The list of activities in Breeze Bali ranges from bingo at the pool bar, to charades, aquarobics and pillow fights over the pool. Most of these are free of charge for everyone. The gym and the tennis court are free to use for the in-house guests, as are the business centre-cum-library and the kid’s corner. But the best is yet to come, as we take a peek at the spa. It is by far the Breeze Bali’s most prized facility.

what about food and drink? 

d’Base Restaurant & Bar is located right along Camplung Tanduk street, accessible to non-guests who’d like to sample excellent Asian fare in a nostalgic musical setting. For serious food connnoisseurs, however, we urge you dine at Chez Gado Gado, a five-minute walk from the resort. The fine dining by chef Quib there is simply divine, with every ingredient in the food striking a delicate balance – something that only the most talented chefs can achieve. Don’t forget the beautiful wine pairing by sommelier Felipe!
